How can i reduce to minimum my oppd/electricity bill?

I live in SoCal so I don't need heat or cooling ever. I keep my fridge quite warm. It reduces the age of milk a few days. I make sure my computer has a pretty short length inactivity where it goes to hibernate. I try to cook on top of the stove and I use a pressure cooker most of the time. I only spend about 20 bucks on electricity per month.
