Help!! I need you guys, no bad answer its already stressing.?

OK I wil make it shorts. I have a contempt order (child support) it is 12 counts means 1 year. 137 a month. well i have no job, and no driver license since they suspended my license. everytime i try to apply for a job, im always being refused. i dont know why but i dont get a calls, as in nothing even if i call them and bug them. well anyway im from san bernardino ca. and the court that i go is at oroville. they want me to start paying, and i told them by now i cant coz i have no job, no house , i wud be homeless if i didnt stay at my parents house. so guys tell me how can i solve this? i need to know how can i obtain my driver license? or how can i get solve this court order. now i have to return again monday to oroville which cost me 300 bucks, i borrowed that. i cant afford a lawyer. the public defender they igned me was mean to me. i asked her if i can give the 300 to pay, to avoid going there she said no, u need to go and pay. guys help help help if u need more info let me knw
