Does anyone know where I may find a copy of the movie, "The Wars" from 1983?

This film stars Brent Carver and is based on the novel of the same name by Timothy Findley. It was released only in Canada and Germany - and there must be a vhs or dvd of it out there somewhere! Please tell me if you know where I may purchase this. Thank you so much!
