Long distance marital problems what should i do?

me and my husband have been married for one year he is currently in the dominican republic.it has been 1 month and a half since i have seen him. i still have about 6 more months before his immigration petition is processed. we speak everyday but lately every single time i call him he is at the local billiard club. it really annoys me to hear music in the background when i call him so i always ask him to walk away so i wont listen to it. yet every time i call him now he refuses to walk away what do i do this has caused me to hang up on him tonight and i am getting sick of it.
