What anime is this from?

The main character has a psychic friend with a hair that rises like an antennae, she claims she can feel "waves" or something like that, and in one episode a bunch of girls want to do a project on her "waves" and the girl says that she is going to curse the girls and the curse takes effect in 3 days...something like that, its been bothering me! Sorry for the meager amount of info but help is appreciated :D
