Why doesn't God answer any of my prayers?

God DOES care about you. He sees the big picture for you so sometimes He might answer "yes", sometimes "no" and then maybe "wait awhile" would be the best thing for you. This is just like a parent with his child....the child does not always know what is best for him. If that child got everything he asked for he would not be able to handle it or it would make him sick or something. Sometimes we need to think outside the box to see answers to our prayers...see how things worked out when we did NOT get our way. Hindsight is usually much clearer.
