Can someone PLEASE explain this poem to me ?!?

what i got from it was that, its saying things are ceasing to exist, just blending in with each other till you cant tell what starts and ends where. you have to look into the symbolism of what it says not the obviousness of it like mountains and water. its a beautiful poem and it could also be talking about the relaxing easiness that the sound of the waves instills(spelling?) among those who take the time to listen to it. hope this helped!
