Ok so I know the law in hawaii says switchblades are illegal but what would happen if you ordered it online?

the law states that its a misdeaminor but if used a cl c felony but what happens if you ship it from a company will they search the box and have you arrested right then and there or do they still ship it to you and it is up to you whether they catch you or not because i was gonna or one until i read the law and now just want to know how it goes if someone where to order it online and bring it in to a state that it is illegal how does the whole shipping thing and getting busted for it go will they hold the shipment or something
