Does she like me or not?

Talk to her about it, us girls can be really odd. Idk or ask her friends, most likely though its going to get back to her that you've been asking around. But yeah idk some things seem like she likes you. If you ask her out and all and she turns you down like that just tell her you dont want stuff to be awkward and you would love to be her friend still.
