You can take them back, and simply say you just noticed they were missing the minute you first put them on. Make it seem like it wasn't your fault. Just make sure they're clean and tidy. Or you can find something like it at a craft store (Michaels, or even a hardware store) and use a Q-Tip and Krazy Glue.
